Process for order receipt of delivery
Following is example of the process of order for delivery. It depends on the content of order, so kindly send us inquiry.
01: Request for manufacture by clients
You can send us email, or call/fax to inquire any information on our business. You can send mail to us by clicking the link, 'inquiry', at above menu of the site.
02: Receipt of order and meeting
Client shall decide at the meeting in detail about specifications on architecture model. We shall provide a document for estimation.
03: CAD design and data size calculation
Start to operate CAD data for design of architectural model, or calculate data size for topographic model.
04: Cutting of parts and base
Cut parts of modeling based on CAD data for architectural model, or the ground of topographic model based on data size.
05: Assembly
Assemble each parts or the ground of models according to the model drawn.
06: Interim examination and coloring
Conduct interim examination with client to confirm colors and finish of model.
07: Final Assembly
After final coloring, we assemble all parts for finish. It contains windows, trees, electric spectaculars, and dolls depending on types of model.
08: Final examination before delivery
After the process of manufacture, final examination in front of client is held to check detail of finish.
09: Delivery
Ordered models are delivered to given addresses on the designated date. Large size model is assembled at the actual site of setting, which follows with examination of finish.
