Yamanashi City Hall
This is an architecutral model of a new building of Yamanashi City Hall. Its scale is 1/300, and its size is 1200×600mm, which is now displayed at the current bulding of the City Hall in Yamanashi.The new city hall has two buildings, one is renovated building of the current city hall, and another is the newly planned building.
This model uses a column pillar for canopy which is made of brass of 0.5 mm in diameter. It is soft material which is processed properly not to be de-formed easily. The pillar is drilled in the base of model so that the pillar stands upright.
This model for external representation has transparent structure of interior space with serial windows. It represents sedate atmospher with smoky colour sheet on interior windows.
In these days, there are incresing cases of renovation of building to reuse the exsisted space, which require to discover basic construction data and map that are usualy not available at now. BENA staff put an effort to find out and conduct site survey to get information to represent acute model in their rseponsibility.
