Equipped with a motor-driven system, this model along with the main building enables itself up and down by which the viewers can see a courtyard. According to BENA craftsmen, the base of model foundation was cut off in a shape of the building outline. When they checked the building elevated smoothly, they felt satisfied proudly.
BENA staff got an invitation to a regular meeting organized by a client. It was a golden chance for the staff to know how clients approach the architecture model and to learn how the model could be viewed from different angles.
The motor-driven equipment are installed at each points, according to the architectural plot plan drawing. The installed weight minimizes a vibration of motor, and enables the model to move lucidly.
A large-size model requires a good team work among different divisions of building maker, landscape builder, and system & electric installer. BENA staff encourages a communication to bridge over each work and function effectively.
This model is installed on an aerial photograph with illuminations and LED. BENA staff keeps various options open to the clients in choosing the photograph's color, brightness and illuminations.
